Because he is the one who will never give you the
multiple choices, rather he will make you do what is supposed to be done. In
short he is a "Fun-zaabi" by nature but looks like a sweet devil in
town.
This blog
is talking about the person who has "let's
do it anyhow" attitude in his blood. No matter how, but if he want
something to be done, you will have no choice but to say, “Ok sir I will do it”
and I am the live example of it. He is Kewal Kishan Chawla, my manager,
also known as "only sir" by one of our team mate just because his
name KEWAL means "only". Sometimes I also feel like calling him
‘Tom’ because he fights with Divya like “tom n jerry". A man with a soft heart and enjoy coffee in football shaped mug but I don't like him wearing jeans even on Monday.
Definitely I'm not talking about Obama or Hitler
but he is not less than Obama. The only difference between Obama and kewal is,
Obama travels in “The beast” wherein Kewal uses “The Swift Dezire”. Though, he
is not the US Prez but still he and his team, is contributing in USA’s economy
to grow more by promoting them online.
I don’t know more about his family background but
whatever I know is enough to describe him. I was in RNF for the first time when
I met him in side the lift. I had not imagined, he is the one who will lead me.
Though Vineet had already told me that Kewal is nice human being but when I
faced him in Imran's Cabin for interview, Oh my god......... No word to mention
here. I heard the word "f..k" for the first time with him only (when
he was fed-up with my C grade English). In short I got the idea of my
future in RNF.
Besides all these, he has endless qualities also.
If I talk about his expertise, it includes a successful track record of, project management, team lead,
business development, direct and indirect sales and bringing new technology
products and services to market. He always takes extra responsibilities even he is already packed with multiple tasks. Being a team manager, he maintains a healthy
environment along with his “high temper”. He is a real time friend of everyone
and a great human being. One of My client ‘Mike’ replied his mail,
saying, “Haardik Subhkaamna”. This is how he increase his fan followings.
In one sentence, “Beta, jitna jaante ho utna sufficient hai, jyada frank hona bhaari
pad sakta hai”
On a closer note, Kewal! This blog is not about
bad biting as we all know that you are such a genius and true professional. We love you as a manager, as a team mate, as a senior and most
importantly a very good friend. I am thankful from the bottom of my heart that you allowed me to write about you. Let me share you something below:
